• 고객의 게시물에 댓글을 단 분: 댓글 ID, 게시물 ID, 인스타그램 사용자 ID, 사용자 이름, 처리 시각, DM 과 공개 답글을 보냈는지에 대한 기록
• DM 의 버튼을 누르거나 답장한 분: 버튼 대화 기록(이메일 주소와 팔로우 여부 포함)과 링크를 누른 기록
• 서비스에 인스타그램 계정을 연결한 고객: 계정 ID, 사용자 이름, 액세스 토큰, 그 계정의 자동화 설정과 댓글 처리 기록, 버튼 대화와 링크 기록

댓글 내용은 처음부터 저장하지 않습니다. 댓글 처리 기록은 요청하지 않아도 처리한 날부터 90일이 지나면 자동으로 지워집니다. 버튼 대화와 링크 기록도 만든 날부터 90일이 지나면 자동으로 지워집니다. 처리 대기열에 잠시 두는 댓글 ID 와 사용자 정보는 24시간이 지나면 저절로 지워져서 따로 지우지 않습니다.

계정을 연결한 고객

인스타그램에서 이 서비스의 앱 데이터 삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다. Instagram 이 알려 오는 즉시 그 계정의 정보를 자동으로 지우고, Instagram 이 확인 번호와 처리 상태를 볼 주소를 보여 드립니다.

서비스를 해지하면 10일 안에 연결한 계정, 액세스 토큰, 설정, 기록, 리드를 모두 지웁니다. 해지는 아래 메일로 요청할 수 있습니다.

댓글을 단 분

DM 을 보낸 인스타그램 계정의 주인(저희 고객)에게 요청하거나, 저희에게 메일로 직접 요청할 수 있습니다.

1. nangmanpogustart@gmail.com 으로 제목을 「데이터 삭제 요청」으로 해서 메일을 보내 주세요.
2. 본문에 지울 인스타그램 사용자 이름과, DM 을 보낸 계정의 사용자 이름을 적어 주세요.
3. 본인 확인을 위해, 그 인스타그램 계정에서 저희 인스타그램 계정으로 DM 을 한 번 보내 달라고 부탁드릴 수 있습니다.

요청을 받은 날부터 10일 안에 지우고, 지운 결과를 메일로 알려 드립니다.

지우는 범위

이 요청으로 지우는 것은 저희 서버의 기록입니다. 고객이 따로 옮겨 둔 리드는 그 고객에게 지워 달라고 요청해 주세요. 인스타그램에 남은 댓글, 공개 답글, DM 은 인스타그램에서 직접 지울 수 있고, 계정 주인에게 공개 답글을 지워 달라고 요청하실 수도 있습니다.

앱 연결을 끊는 방법

인스타그램 앱에서 프로필 → 메뉴(≡) → 설정 및 활동 → 웹사이트 권한 → 앱 및 웹사이트로 가서 「댓글 DM 자동화-IG」를 제거하면 앱이 더 이상 그 계정에 접근하지 못합니다. Instagram 이 알려 오면 저장된 액세스 토큰을 바로 지우고 자동화를 멈춥니다. 저장된 계정 정보까지 지우려면 위 방법으로 요청해 주세요.

Data Deletion Instructions — Fandomie

How to delete information stored by the service "팬덤이" (Fandomie) and its Meta app.

What we delete

• If you commented on a Customer's post: comment ID, post ID, Instagram user ID, username, time of processing, and the record of whether a direct message and a public reply were sent.
• If you tapped a button in a message or replied: the button conversation record (including your email address and follow status) and the record of link taps.
• If you are a Customer who connected an Instagram account: account ID, username, access token, and that account's automation settings, comment processing records, and button conversation and link records.

Comment text is never stored. Comment processing records are deleted automatically 90 days after processing, even without a request. Button conversation and link records are also deleted automatically 90 days after they are created. Comment IDs and user details held briefly in our processing queue are deleted automatically after 24 hours, so they need no separate deletion.

Customers who connected an account

You can request deletion of this app's data in Instagram. We delete that account's information automatically as soon as Instagram notifies us, and Instagram shows you a confirmation code and a link to check the status.

If you terminate the service, we delete your connected accounts, access tokens, settings, records and leads within 10 days. You can request termination by email at the address below.

People who commented

Ask the owner of the Instagram account that messaged you (our Customer), or ask us directly by email.

1. Email nangmanpogustart@gmail.com with the subject "Data deletion request".
2. Include the Instagram username whose data should be deleted and the username of the account that messaged you.
3. To verify ownership, we may ask you to send a direct message to our Instagram account from that account.

We delete the data within 10 days of receiving the request and confirm by email.

What deletion covers

This request deletes records on our servers. For leads a Customer has moved elsewhere, please ask that Customer. Comments, public replies, and messages on Instagram itself can be deleted in Instagram, and you may also ask the account owner to delete their public reply.

Disconnecting the app

In the Instagram app, go to Profile → Menu (≡) → Settings and activity → Website permissions → Apps and websites, and remove "댓글 DM 자동화-IG". The app can then no longer access the account. When Instagram notifies us, we delete the stored access token and stop the automation immediately. To also delete stored account information, send a request as described above.
